This four-story waterfront condominium by Halflants + Pichette is designed as a modern multi-family residence that brings light, landscape, and livability to Sarasota’s coastline. The development includes fifty-one residential units positioned above a single level of parking, creating expansive terraces and outdoor spaces enriched by tropical vegetation. Residents have access to a clubhouse, fitness center, private storage, and landscaped recreation areas that open toward the water, combining comfort with a direct connection to the coastal environment.
