The Halflants + Pichette studio sits in the heart of Sarasota’s Rosemary District. Designed and renovated by the firm itself, the space reflects the team’s skill in commercial architecture and their continued role as leading commercial architects in Sarasota. The project transformed the interior of a building originally designed by the firm into a bright, flexible environment that supports design, construction, and collaboration under one roof.
The two-story studio includes open work areas, a kitchen, a bathroom, and outdoor seating. The renovation emphasizes natural light, openness, and efficient use of space. Clean detailing and a restrained material palette express the same level of care and precision found in the firm’s residential and commercial projects. Every element was approached as a design exercise, turning the office into both a functional workspace and a built expression of the studio’s philosophy.
