Six88 is a nine-story condominium tower designed by Halflants + Pichette that brings contemporary multi-family residential architecture to Golden Gate Point in downtown Sarasota. Rising ninety feet, the project includes fifteen luxury residences that frame panoramic views of the bay and city skyline. The design focuses on resilience, light, and walkability, creating a living environment that connects residents to both the waterfront and downtown Sarasota.
Positioned within FEMA Flood Zone AE at Elevation 11, the building elevates all habitable areas above the floodplain to ensure long-term safety and structural integrity. The first residential level begins on the second floor, maintaining a comfortable relationship to the street while protecting the property from rising water. The ground-level lobby remains compact and refined, offering a sense of privacy that transitions naturally to the residences above.

Six88 establishes a new standard for luxury waterfront design in Sarasota. A pedestrian path connects Golden Gate Point directly to Gulf Stream Avenue, giving residents convenient access to Marina Jack and the city’s walkable downtown. A second path leads to a secure bicycle storage area, supporting active transportation and connection to St. Armands Circle and the Bayfront.
