Lexi Perez

Lexi Perez is a Design Associate at Halflants + Pichette and a Master of Architecture candidate at the University of South Florida, where she is set to graduate in Spring 2026. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, she brings a strong sense of discipline and determination to her work, qualities honed through years of competitive CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting.

Her background in athletics has shaped her approach to design. Goal-oriented, precise, and driven by continuous refinement, Lexi is passionate about translating these values into the architectural process, where setting clear intentions and pushing boundaries are key to creating thoughtful, enduring work. Her time at Halflants + Pichette and USF has provided her with the foundation and skills to continue her path toward licensure and professional practice.
