Micaella Bracho

Micaella Bracho is a Design Associate at Halflants + Pichette, where she brings a fresh perspective in architectural design. Originally from Quito, Ecuador, Micaella moved to the United States to pursue her passion for architecture and earned her Master of Architecture degree from the University of South Florida in May of 2025.

Before joining the team full-time, Micaella first worked with Halflants + Pichette as a construction intern in 2022 while completing her studies. Her dedication and strong work ethic were recognized through several distinctions, including the Garcia Award, which honors the top student in the graduating class. Micaella’s international background and academic achievements enable her to approach design challenges with a unique and global perspective.
