GATEWAY GARDENS

The Gateway Gardens is a 200,000 SF Mixed- Use project located in Winter Park, FL. The Site is situated on the busy intersection of N. Orlando Ave and Orange Ave. The proposed design entails the removal of Harmon Ave that intersects the site, which will allow for a large public park. The development consists of two phases. The first phase features a wellness and medical center with spa and cosmetic surgery, a hotel with 100 long-term recovery suites, and 100 short-term suites. This phase also consists of a restaurant and roof top bar, and a resort sized pool. A large roof overhang connects the two sculptural buildings, becoming a drop-off area for hotel guests.  The overhanging room will also double as a Sunrail station. The parking is structured underground, allowing for a large public park in the center of the site in lieu of the traditional surface parking.
