The property faces the Whitaker Bayfront Park in the City of Sarasota and borders a new roundabout currently under construction. The site is located between 14th and 15th Street on the gateway connecting the Ringling College of the Arts to downtown Sarasota. South of the site is the rapidly growing Rosemary District that extends to 10th Street. To the West is Whitaker Bayfront Park.
