ZAHRADA ll

Zahrada II consists of 18 residential condos over parking. The parking is shielded from the street by four small retail spaces along the sidewalk. Two exterior stairs visible from the street add interest and activity to the façade. The eighteen units are arranged around eight elevated and landscaped private yards.

The yards are separated by 6-foot-high garden walls. All units except for the two penthouses are under 1,000 sf and are designed as studios, one, or two-bedroom units. Each unit has access to at least one private exterior space large enough to accommodate a dining table and chairs.
